Hello Fellow Renters

Myself and my husband Gary have a 3 bedroom holiday rental in Fuente Nueva. (a hamlet of Orce). This is our first season as renters so any tips, ideas will be gratefully received.

We also live in Fuente Neuva, in a cave neighbouring the rental.

We arrived in January and have really been enjoying our new way of life. Gary was previously an emergency gas engineer and I was a nurse.

We look forward to being part of this forum. We have never been part of a forum before so this will be a new experience.

Welcome to the forum - it's nice to have few people join. If we can be of any help with local informatn or advice, just post ypur question on here and we will try to answer it for you. If not us, then maybe some other members will be able to help.
If you look under the marketing section of this, I have offered to give free of charge my database of advertisers, mostly free, and sites who do free or reciprocal links. Needless to say I am still working on it, and adding to it each month too.

I have looked for the marketing section of the forum but for the life of me I can't find it. I would be very interested in getting a copy of the marketing advertising database.

I am sure this is going to be a very useful forum to be a member off.

You need to be logged in to access the marketing yips section. However I haven't put a link on there. I will send you the database direct to your e mail from me.
Hope you find it useful. I am still adding bits to it all the time, so I can send you an updated version every few months if you like.

We are also new to the site and new to our business which we are just setting up near Baza. Wish you all the best, if you are over our way call in to see us, just post us message to say when. We move in to our cave in the next 3 weeks hopefully!!
